Iraq exports first shipment of liquid gas to world markets tomorrow

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} The Oil Ministry announced the completion of preparations for the export of the first shipment of liquid gas on Saturday through the port of Umm Qasr in southern Iraq.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad , in a press release agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today that ” the amount that will be loaded on the back of the tanker estimated {2000} tons of compressed gas liquid.”
He said Jihad said , “This comes within the framework of the ideal investment for gas associated petroleum operations and plans of the ministry aimed to expand thenational production of this wealth, with the aim of ensuring financial revenues supply the federal treasury as well as the export of crude oil and condensate. ”
He added that” this move represents an important breakthrough in Iraq ‘s entry into the global market in this sector after it has made progress noticeable at the project level , which resulted in publicly height of liquid gas production rate to {5000} tons per day. ”
