Brett Macgork envoy of US President Barack Obama, the international coalition arrived in Arbil, capital of Kurdistan province for talks with leaders of the Kurds.
He wrote Macgork Twitter-tweet on his account, he arrived in Erbil for security and political talks with Kurdish leaders.
He said he would go to Baghdad after the end of his talks in Arbil.
