Mr. Ammar al-Hakim calls for security chiefs to review the plans after the events of Abu Ghraib

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim called on the security agencies to be aware of their responsibilities and that the decline in the size of its plans to permit such recent events at Abu Ghraib.
