Baghdad-Iraq Press -7 April: Council of Ministers held its fourth regular session in Baghdad, the day Tuesday, April 7 from 2015 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:
1. The Council of Ministers decided to ministries and state institutions all when dealing with the popular crowd body treated as an official body to the Prime Minister and Commander of the Armed Forces shall assume command and control and regulation of the PDF crowd operations.

3 / directing ministries and state institutions to activate the investment or the collection and provision of services, the price paid by the laws in force.
4 / directing the Committee on Economic Affairs is developing instructions for receiving the first of the projects and to address letters of guarantee.
3. Adoption of the recommendation of the Committee on Energy on a proposed new rates of consumption of electric power provided by the Ministry of Electricity and reconsider pricing industrial sector towards reduction.
4. Approval of the draft ratification commercial cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait signed in Baghdad on 12/28/2014 Convention on the Law, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Article (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.
5. The Council of Ministers decided Mayati:
1 / approve the amendment to paragraph (2) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (108) for the year 2015, to become the formula the following form: (authorize the Department of Transportation to negotiate with the departments of foreign banks validity, according to presentations made by them, for the purpose of securing the financial loan to the General Company for lines Air Iraq to pay the price of civilian aircraft contracted with Boeing, as well as lawyers and advisers wages, with the Ministry of Finance decisively subject advisory services with foreign banks with select a finance consultancy contract based on the provisions of Article (32) of the federal budget for the financial year / 2015 law.
2 / amend paragraph (2) of the Council of Ministers’ decision (150) for the year 2014, with reducing the delegation as requested by the Ministry of Commerce.
6. approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, as follows:
1 / extending the Iraqi private sector companies and the foreign importer of petroleum products from customs duties and tax reconstruction of Iraq for two years starting from the date 01/17/2014, according to the provisions of Article (2) of the import and sale of oil Almentjab Law No. (9) of 2006.
2 / restrict the amounts paid to the Ministry of Finance on imports of petroleum products for the year / 2014 revenue of permanently to the public treasury.
7. Approval of Mayati:
1 / authorize the Minister of Transport, Mr. (Bayan Jabr) power to sign the Protocol to amend the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Transport, according to the contexts approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
