Judicial Council to take legal action against 76 judges

said the legal committee member Kadhim al-Shammari The head of the Supreme Judicial Council adopted administrative and legal action against 76 judges in various courts of the country for reasons which relate to suspicions of corruption and another for lack of sufficient experience.
Shammari said that “some judges have been transferred to other courts of them turned to the plaintiffs because there are suspicions of corruption or poor management or lack of legal experience.”
He pointed out that “the judiciary ongoing proceedings in conjunction with the government’s actions in the reform of the security system.”
And picked up some of the media, earlier that US Secretary of State said that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, told him that there are changes that will take place in the judicial system in Iraq.
