Khandan – An official in the White House announced that US President Barack Obama called for bipartisan leaders in the House and Senate to a meeting at the White House on Friday.
The meeting will come in the wake of the midterm elections for Congress, which took place on Tuesday, which may shift control of the Senate from Democrats to Republicans.
The official said that “The president called for bipartisan leaders of House of Congress to a meeting at the White House on Friday afternoon.”
He said the US official said: “We will have more details later this week.”
