Baghdad (AIN) –The delegation of the Arab League arrived in Baghdad coming from Kuwait in an official visit.

The delegation is chaired by the Kuwaiti First Deputy Speaker and the Foreign Minister, Sabah al-Hamad, the Mauritanian Foreign Minister, Ahmed Wild Tagdi, who chaired the current session of the Arab League and the Secretary General of the Arab League Nabiil al-Arabi.

The delegation aims through this visit to consolidate the unity among Arab nations and show support for Iraq in its war against the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant. /End/

Baghdad (AIN) –The head of the delegation of the Arab League and the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sabah al-Hamad, stated that the visit of the LA delegation is to support the Iraqi government.

While meeting with the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, Hamad said “The delegation aims at supporting the Iraqi government and people to face the current challenges.” /End/
