Fallujah News / Baghdad announced … Permanent Representative of Iraq to the Arab League Zia Dabbas, that the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Nabil Elaraby will visit Iraq, accompanied by a number of Arab foreign ministers.
The newspaper quoted the ‘seventh day’ Egyptian Dabbas as saying that ‘Arabi would head to Iraq next Sunday, accompanied by Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, the current President of the Arab summit, current, and Ahmed Ould Teguedi Foreign Minister of Mauritania (Presidency of the Council Arab League) and Ambassador Ahmed Ben Helli, Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Javad Fazel Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs’.
He added that Dabbas ‘visit comes within the framework of the Arab League’s support for the new Iraqi government, and to support their efforts in the fight against terrorism and counter-proliferation, especially in light of the war waged by the State of Iraq against the terrorist organization Daash’.

I want to start off with a lot of BS that has been going around, the TRN Treasury Notes having to be printed… the Basket of Currencies, and the Rate of the Dinar being above 4 dollars……..
I will take the first one… I have had contacts inside the treasury for a long time and this has no validity to it.. Even if it did the US cannot afford to drop the money they have now to reprint an entire currency that is back by Gold or anything other than the GDP…. (Gross Domestic Product.) I will only address these fabrications because so many have become so desperate to believe there was a higher group stopping the RV other than our own Government or Iraq that is would be impossible to talk rationally to them….. The second is the basket of currencies…. Condaleza Rice is the one who made the comment in 2009 about a basket of currencies that would go….She also said they would be months apart…people seem to forget that statement when they bring it up…. The Dong has RV’d 4 times since I have been in the dinar and each time it went down and for some reason people believe it is now going to jump to a 2 to 5 dollar rate when it is 20000 to one….. Again Rational people have left the building to believe this.. Now for the last one Iraqs rate will be based on commodities in Iraq of which they have to develop. So that being said will Iraq be 4 dollars one day,,, Yes but it will be 3 to 4 years after the RV of the currency..I doubt that I or anyone else will have any dinar at that time..I need every one to bring there heads down to a normal level and think about this logically this exchange was only for the iraqis and no one else if there is something like Gobal settlements that got tied up with it that is because someone was trying to give validity to something that has none. You will not make a 30 dollar rate off the dinar RELAX .50 was a miracle anything above that is a Blessing from GOD..
Now to discuss when… as you know this is event driven not date driven, why is that because we have idiots in the White House with no I mean None Foreign policy…. Our President has tried to delay this at every turn asking for Iraq to even wait to the end of year… Iraq has turned him down….. I need every one to listen now… to get the president to go alone with this Iraq had to agree to come out with the currency at a low rate until the first of the year… and the US mandated that all the ministers be set.. THAT is why we are still here….. WE believe the Minister will Show tomorrow and if they do then we look for the RV by Monday… NOW I do use the word if again because our Government might get involved and get the iraqis to move the parliament again.. WE are not waiting on TRNs and we expect the rate low .80 to 1.20 this rate will remain for a couple of months then it will go above the 3 dollar rate…. Now the first question this will not run the budget and you are correct but if you have been reading the 2014-2015 budget will not be out until the new year… again.. this falls right in line with what I have been talking about.. they will only get the money out and pay a few people and get to the new year…
Do not fall for Exchange rates of anything above 4 dollars…… you will be dealing with a possible not so upright person.. Do not let your money out of your hands unless you are receiving the exchange rate back at the same time…..
BE SMART it is just an exchange you will be able to go to any bank once the rate shows….
if we get to Tuesday and no RV I will find out why and drop out another note.. but we do believe the stars are trying to line up for us… Lets pray for the next few days……
